Arnaud started his career at Lazard in 2004 and had been working for Rothschild & Cie from 2010 to 2014. He joined Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance at the end of 2014 and has achieved more than 50 transactions in the healthcare and Tech sectors. In addition to his professional activities as the President of EdRCF, Arnaud is member of the Board of ESCP Alumni Association.

Olivier started his career at Arthur Andersen in 2001 and joined Deloitte in 2002, and is a partner of our M&A tax practice. He specializes in the structuring of acquisitions and post-deal reorganizations, in due diligences on both the buyer and seller side, and more generally in all tax aspects of transaction services. He advises both PE houses and strategic buyers. He has in particular developed a strong expertise in tax modelling and preparation of complex funds flows, as well as in managing international projects with the support of the professionals of the Deloitte's tax network.

Partner Antoine de la Gatinais is a member of Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. A specialist in private equity matters, he regularly acts on leveraged buy-outs and growth equity operations for French and foreign managers and investment funds.

With over twenty years' professional experience, he acts on all types of transactions (M&A, joint ventures, minority or majority investments) in all business sectors (distribution, automotive, manufacturing industry, real estate, etc.).

Antoine headed Gide's office in Shanghai for six years. He regularly advises Asian clients, especially Chinese companies, on French and European law issues.

He is a graduate from ESSEC business school.
