Under the authority of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, the General Directorate of Companies (DGE) designs and implements policies to promote the competitiveness and growth of companies. Its action is at the heart of the government's projects for the economic development of our country. Its missions are sector-based (industrial policy, digital regulation and infrastructure deployment, support policies for crafts, trade, services and tourism), cross-functional (regulatory simplification, innovation policy) and related to the digital transformation of the economy.
