Ngowari Adikibi acts for management companies and GPs, as well as institutional investors, in the domain of international funds creation and cross-border corporate/private equity transactions.
Ngowari’s practice involves delivering innovative solutions for the structuring, creation, negotiation and marketing of different forms of funds investing predominantly in Europe and Africa (including French fund structures, Luxembourg vehicles, English, Scottish and Channel Islands limited partnerships, Mauritius funds and hybrid structures). She also creates carried interest structures and regulated portfolio management entities for management teams. She advises fund managers on regulatory matters relating to their authorisation and their marketing, operation and management of funds. Ngowari equally assists management companies with the process and contractual framework for the distribution of fund interests. In addition, she advises private equity houses on international investments and divestments of portfolio assets in general, and secondary transfers of interests in portfolio funds.
Having previously obtained solid experience as a lawyer in the International Funds departments of leading global law firms and of complex and high-end cross-border M&A/ private equity transactions within the corporate/ private equity departments of several US law firms in London and Paris, Ngowari also gained significant emerging markets experience working in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, where she advised European investors regarding foreign investment in the Mercosur.

Fay is founding CEO of Brackendale Consulting, which offers investor marketing, media relations and graphic design support to the private equity industry. Brackendale writes and designs ESG Reports, PPMs and LP presentations, runs LP pitch training sessions, and manages press campaigns. Fay was previously IR Manager at Munich-based secondary direct fund Cipio Partners, where she also carried out PR and deal origination work. Prior to this she was consultant at private equity advisory firm Arbor Square Associates. In her earlier career as financial journalist, Fay wrote for The Economist, the Financial Times group, Private Equity International, IR magazine and Unquote.

A former student of ENA, Fanny has followed a public/private career path. She first worked for 10 years at the French Treasury in financial regulation functions before being appointed Secretary General of CIRI from 2009 to 2012 (240 companies restructured in 3 years). She then managed for 5 years the direct investment teams of SMEs and SMIs of Bpifrance (1.5 billion euros). Convinced that human capital is the key to strong and sustainable growth, she also created and manages Bpifrance's consulting activity and "Accelerators" programs. In 2019, she and François Rivolier created GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, an investment and support company backed by 220 entrepreneurs and families and several institutional investors, which supports SMEs and SMIs in their long-term development projects. With €600m under management and already 25 companies supported, GENEO is deploying its raison d'être: "to make positive finance available to the real economy". Gilles Collombin

Gilles Collombin is a Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners. He is responsible for Charterhouse’s fundraising and investor relations activities and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Gilles has 24 years of experience in investment banking, including 19 years at HSBC as head of M&A for France and latterly as the Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, covering private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Whilst at HSBC, Gilles advised Charterhouse on numerous transactions. Gilles holds degrees in business management and mathematics, as well as a Masters in finance and a postgraduate diploma in strategic management from the University of Lyon. He started his career teaching strategic management at University of Ottawa and is fluent in English and French.

Gilles joined Jasmin Capital in 2022 and is currently Partner, heading the Secondaries and Strategic Advisory teams.
Prior to joining Jasmin Capital, Gilles worked as the Executive Director of the Equity Capital Markets team at Natixis, where he focused on Real Estate and Asset Management. He advised corporates and reference shareholders for capital raisings, M&A and shares disposals on public equity markets, executed various transactions and marketed diversified client’s portfolios.
Gilles began his career at ODDO BHF within the Corporate Finance (2007- 2012) and Equity Capital Markets (2013-2014) departments
He holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe.
