Diplômé de l’EM Lyon, Lionel Gouget débute sa carrière chez Capgemini avant de rejoindre le Groupe Hersant Media où il occupe le poste de DAF et membre du directoire. Pendant 8 ans, il structure la direction financière, gère les différentes acquisitions avant de participer à la restructuration financière et opérationnelle du Groupe. Après avoir occupé le poste de DAF du Groupe Belambra puis du Groupe NextiraOne (repris à la barre), il devient en 2018 Directeur Général Finances au sein du Groupe 5àsec. Habitué des environnements complexes en forte évolution (notamment en LBO), avec une forte implication opérationnelle et stratégique, il est au cœur de la conduite de ces transformations profondes.

Ludovico leads Aurelius’ Italian and French Private Equity teams. We focus on global corporate carve-outs, operational turnarounds and under-performing businesses.
Ludovico has 20 years of experience in performance improvement, turnaround, investment banking, and private equity. Before starting at Aurelius, Ludovico led the Private Equity Performance Improvement team of A&M in Italy.
Previously, Ludovico has spent 7 years in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs (Consumer & Retail), Merrill Lynch (Italian M&A), BNP Paribas (Debt Capital Markets)
Ludovico graduated from Bocconi university, had an exchange year at Science-Po, and then achieved an MBA at Cornell. He is President of the Cornell Italian alumni club.

With a degree in engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Eric began his career in various operational roles with Motorola and Honeywell in Chicago, London and Paris. In 2001, Éric joined Caravelle where he developed considerable expertise in the acquisition of loss-making companies and successfully turned around, as General Manager, XP France (TNT) and Marrel. In 2013 Eric founded RENAISSANCE and acquired and successfully turn around Altesse, SMV, Texier and Agatha.  The RENAISSANCE Group employs 1000 employees worldwide for cumulated sales in excess of 80 million Euros.
